Eco Virtual Assistant Terms and Conditions
On instructing Eco Virtual Assistants to carry out a task the client agrees to the terms and conditions as stated below:
- Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Services that may require payment in advance are to be discussed prior to the work commencement date.
- All verbal communication of quotations will be confirmed in writing before the work commencement date.
- Payment by Cash, Cheque or bank transfer are accepted, all clients will be invoiced at the end of the month.
- All service rates are to be reviewed every 6 months
- EcoVA keep all information strictly confidential and will not disclose this information to any person company or third party unless requested by the client.
- Client work will be kept on our computer hard drive and a copy will also be kept on an external back up. It is strongly recommended that the client saves all documents produced in an appropriate file immediately upon receipt of the completed work. Back-up copies of client files are kept for a period of one year only. After that time they will be deleted.
- EcoVA cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft etc of data, equipment, or any items relating to tasks during transit to/from our premises.
- EcoVA recommends that clients obtain proof of postage as EcoVA will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any items going through postal service.
- Receipt and delivery of work can be by post, courier, fax, hard-copy, email attachment or CD. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all incoming and outgoing files, emails, disks, CDs are scanned for viruses no guarantee can be provided. It remains the ultimate responsibility of the client to ensure that they have their own computer virus protection in place.
- All prices are currently exclusive of VAT
- All materials will be itemised and charged at costs stated on our website
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all material provided does not contravene any copyright plagiarism or Data Protection laws. EcoVA will not be held liable for any contravention and reserve the right to refuse any task believed to be illegal or offensive in any way.
- Eco VA has the right to refuse work at the owners discretion
- Cheques made payable to InstaPrise Solutions.
- For each month invoices are left outstanding an administration fee of £5 will incur.
- EcoVA thoroughly checks through all completed tasks however final proof reading is the sole responsibility of the client. Any errors returned within 72hours will be completed free of charge.
- Normal office opening hours are 8.30am – 5.00pm Mon-Fri. All tasks processed are to be done on an agreed timescale which will be discussed during client’s consultation before the commencement of tasks.
